At The West Hollywood EDITION's signature restaurant, Ardor, the menu is vegetable focused and features daily off-menu specials as in-house chefs showcase their seasonal market finds from the nearby farmer's markets.

Ardor's focus brings together techniques and products from all over the world, including warm and freshly made-to-order Tandoor bread and Naan with various dips and spreads. The very best ingredients are presented simply and presented socially. A raw and cured section offers lighter fare with meat, fish, and vegetables, while selections from the wood-burning grill introduce smoke and caramel, with savory flavors and fragrance, engaging guests with every ingredient.
