The Idea Behind Ardor
Discover the culinary excellence of Ardor, our signature West Hollywood restaurant. Rooted in wood-fire cooking and the abundance of California’s seasonal produce, our menu brings together locally sourced ingredients and globally inspired flavors to create a vibrant, unforgettable dining experience.
Featuring an artful balance of organic, hyper-local ingredients and an intentional focus on food, prepared simply and presented socially, Ardor earned the destination recognition on the Michelin Guide and by TimeOut as one of the best restaurants in West Hollywood. A contemporary culinary journey, led by Chef Patricia Lalu, includes fluffy milk bread, crudo amplified with seasonal flavors, unique vegetable preparations, and wood-fired steaks, to be shared by the table. Finishing with a light and bright sweet, the experience concludes with a playful dessert from Ardor’s exceptional pastry program by Pastry Chef Nicholas Muncy, with well-rounded flavors that play off of the seasonal produce on the dinner menu.
"There is plenty of substance and care packed onto this vegetable-forward menu.
Tandoor carrots with hummus and paprika vinaigrette or grilled dukkah-crusted ahi tuna with yogurt make for satisfying, clean eating.
Dry-aged lamb and steaks cater to heavier appetites, and no meal is complete without a tower of tempura onion rings and at least one dessert (try the mojito pie)"
MICHELIN Guide
"Equal parts celebrity hotspot and exceptional fine dining destination, this ultra-stylish Sunset Strip hotel eatery offers flawless "vegetable-forward" cuisine"
TIMEOUT
"For starters, the cedar-grilled asparagus with truffle aioli is a great choice, but the king crab tagliatelle is a rich and decadent pasta that is perfect for sharing. Opt for the grilled branzino or Colorado lamb chops as your main course and pair it with a glass of pinot noir"
